Shipping is free for orders over $50 (not including taxes).

We work hard to get packages to you as quickly as possible. If you need changes to your order, please email us at contactus@aeindryskincare within 1 day and we will do our very best to accommodate your changes as we ship within 2 – 4 days from receipt of payment. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are packed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days from receipt of payment. 

We ship using to save cost for you. First Class Mail takes approximately 4 to 5 business days to arrive once shipped–depending on your distance from Ohio.

If you would like, please let us know and we will ship using Priority Mail

Priority mail takes approximately 2 to 3 business days to arrive once shipped–depending on your distance from Washington.

• USPS Priority Mail: You should receive your order within 5 to 7 business days from receipt of payment  
• USPS First Class Mail: You should receive your order within 7 to 9 business days from receipt of payment

How will I know my order has been shipped?

What are my shipping cost options?

Priority Mail: Flat Rate For all US Orders
Cost: $10.00
First Class: Determined by the US Post Office at the time of checkout. The cost is based on weight and distance from Washington.

What to do if my order is missing all the items?

Although we check and double-check orders prior to shipping, mistakes do happen. If an item is missing, please let us know. We can ship it out to you, issue a refund, or include it in your next order. If you receive something you did not order, just enjoy it!

Do you ship internationally?

We are working on integrating international shipping to our website. Please send an email to contactus@aeindryskincare.com if you would like your order to be shipped outside of the US and we will make it happen.
